I am using  Servlet to load tree…  after some manipulation to childNode’s position… I use refresh Tree… which re-add the same content at below.

I use refresh Tree…
Which code you are using for tree refreshing?
If you are using updateItem method - it fully reload specified branch, and will not made any updates to other branches
