Unable to initialize the tabbar

Hi I am using the tabbar ins Spring Framework based Java Application.
The page on which to be displayed is a jsp Page.

I am getting a this.entBox is null … (attached) exception , and the grid isnt displayed.

Please let me know what mistake i am doing\

I have attached few sceenshots of my application structure

However this works fine ina plain HTML file
