Unable to load records more than 830,00 need help (urgent)

Hi,
there are around 830,00 records which displayed on the page, when I did the search for different dates which would pull more records from database, the page keeps processing but doesn’t show the results.

Please some one help me here, we are in prod and the record count is increasing exponentially.
Is there any maximum limit for the records to be displayed on the page.

any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi

I might not be the expert you need, but it pretty much sounds like you are exceeding the query timeout of your db. You can try check your db configuration.

Unfortunately the issue cannot be reconstructed locally.

Please, provide any kind of sample or a demo link where the issue can be reconstructed.
