I face the problem of Unnecessary scroll bar appear in tabbed pane at right hand side corner even if
i have tow tab only .
and because of that it always open a pop up of like “This page conatins both secure and nonsecure item”
out put is look like my tow tab and scroll image as below .

You can fully disable tab scrollers by next js command
tabbar.enableScroll(false);

This problem will be resolved by disabling scrollers, but normally it means that you set incorrect gfx path, or copied not all images from origianl package.
