Upgrade Policy

Hello all,

Did you consider an upgrade license for major versions after the free upgrade period (1 months or minimum 1 upgrade).
For example:
a) if i have the Commercial version, after the free upgrade period, the upgrade fee for the new major version should be be 50% of the standard product price.
b) if i have the commercial version and i want to buy the enterprise vresion to pay only the price difference

We’re considering the possibilty to introduce a special price for a singe upgrade, but for now the only way to receive the new version (if your support period is over) is to renew/prolong your support subscription.

b) if i have the commercial version and i want to buy the enterprise vresion to pay only the price difference

Such possibility exists for dhtmlxSuite license. If you have dhtmlxSuite Commercial license, you can upgrade it to the Enterprise for $799 (by purchasing 1-year support and updates extension).
