uploading error in firefox

Hi,

I am having internal error message from server. As soon as i select the file the vault. this is occurring only in firefox. IE and chrome are working fine i am able to upload the files.
Please guide me to resolve this issue. it is very important please try to resolution ASAP. i have attached the screen shot of the error
