Use Datepicker in New Task insead of 3 dropdowns? How To

Right now when you create a new task, you have to use a dropdown for the day, a dropdown for the month, and a dropdown for the year. Why? Most always do you see datepickers used. You all have developed your own, why not use it? It’s SO much faster and customers really prefer it.

I would love to see this added or told how we can with Enterprise.

You can add custom elements in the lightbox by creating the custom lightbox section:

Just curious - is there a technical reason why this isn’t the default date picker used in Gantt?

Hello Steve,
DHTMLX Gantt is a developer tool and not a complete solution. You can use it as it is or customize it to fit your needs.
And DHTMLX Date-picker is a different component.
