Valid names for PDF export

Hi,

I’m trying to export a gantt to PDF and it works brilliantly, however I’ve noticed that when I specify a file name, it is quite fussy about what characters are allowed. I was wondering if you had a full list of invalid characters so that I can correct the name before sending it?

So far I’ve noticed that spaces, dashes, and quote marks are invalid. Is it simply any non-alphanumeric character other than a full stop, or are there only a few characters that are invalid?

You cannot use the following characters:
Tilde (~)
Number sign (#)
Percent (%)
Ampersand (&)
Asterisk (*)
Braces ({ })
Backslash ()
Colon (:slight_smile:
Angle brackets (< >)
Question mark (?)
Slash (/)
Plus sign (+)
Pipe (|)
Quotation mark (")
