Validation numeric Starting with a

Hi,

It appears that a number that starts with a . is not a valid numeric for the forms validation.

Example: .5 is not valid. 0.5 is valid.

Is this the intended validation or will it be changed?

I apologize for the delay. This is the conceived behavior and we’re not planning to change it in the near future.
