Vault grid not moving new items to the next/new line

Hello,

I have the pro version of Vault and in grid mode when uploading new items the grid just keeps adding items to the right and never starting a new line. I’ve set hard limits on width and height on the vault and parent containers, switching between grid and list mode, re-painting the vault, sorting the items in the vault and no go.

Please help.

Thank you for the response with the snippet and it looks like some of the other CSS on my page are causing this issue but I can’t quite pin it down.
