The progress indicator is not showing up when I set the window skin to the ‘web’ skin. The progress indicator shows up for the default window skin though…

Oh, yes.
It seems indicator is forgotten. Web skin is the oldest in windows. You can put it manually. Just add image and css codelines (see dhx_blue css for example).
