While daily and monthly events appear the exact amount of times you specify in the right column, weekly events are one instance short.
For example, this event was set up to appear 6 times, got 5 instead:
If you set it to 1 repetition, the event just disappears.
This is a fresh install of scheduler. Looks like a bug to me.

I managed to track down the issue.
It does not appear if you specify scheduler.config.include_end_by = true;
This setting is supposed to work with the last option (End by), but also causes incorrect behavior if you use occurencies count instead.
