When I access our website via domain, cannot export to excel

We have a problem using grid-excel in our website.

When we access the website via domain, we cannot export excel files perfectly.
- only ‘partial’ file is made, the process is not completely finshed.

But when we access the website via ip address, we can download excel files without any issues.

I was wondering if you could help us on this problem.

Unfortunately the problem cannot be reconstructed locally.
Could you please, provide a complete demo or a demo link, where the problem can be reproduced locally.
