When use splitat, the left grid may have scrollbars

Hi.
When use splitat to frozen the columns, after ajust the frozen column’s width, the
the left frozen grid may a horizontal scrollbars, then dhtmlxGrid will have two horizontal scrollbars, it is not so good.
