Why error message This XML file does not appear to have any

Trying to work through some demos I tried using the 100.xml file and I get the error message:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it

when I use IE9 and when I use Chrome but not with Safari and Firefox. Why? What do I need to do?

The above error occur when you are loading that xml in some component, or just during viewing xml content in browser?

Locally it works correctly in both cases. That xml file doesn’t differ from any xml files which are used in samples.
