Why header menu doesn’t appear on right-click if all columns are hidden?

Header menu appears when right click occurs on header. When all column hidden - there is no headers, so menu can’t be invoked.
Starting from dhtmlxgrid 2.0 , menu doesn’t allow to hide last visible column, so such situation is impossible.
