Xgrid headers not showing up

I have two sites I am running. One is my site and the other is my development site.
I am having problems with my site. The xgrid comes up but doesn’t show the header info and the rows are not formated the way they should. My development site works fine. The weird thing is that when I run both sites in firefox they both work. Any ideas why?

It sounds as problem with missed css file - doublecheck how includes are organized on the page. It possible that there is some error there , which ignored by FF but is critical for IE
