XML not working on grid with IE 11

Hello,

I’m using DhtmlxGrid V.3.6 build 131108
My script is launched on IE 11.0.9600.1831

My script is the following :

url being a webService that sends a XML.

The grid is loaded correctly on google chrome and firefox, but on IE 11 i get the following error :

XML5617: Illegal XML character. Line: 9, Column 32

I also get an error when trying to load a JSON file : JSON loading works perfectly on chrome and firefox but fire an error on IE 11.

I found something while debugging using a JSON.

the error returned is Expected ‘]’, and is fired by the eval() function.

I still dont understand why because my JSON is following the dhtmlx structure.

Please, try to define the encoding type for your xml:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="----"?>

that corresponds to your using chartype.
