Several users create events and there are automatic events created by the server. How can I inform all users that new events are available?
If a new event is created, is there a way to show it to all users? The users do not reload the page all the time.

Looks like you are searching for something like the live-update feature, which notifies all users of the update. When one of the users makes a change, it becomes visible to all others immediately. You can read about it by the following link:
